I love this place!! I had my first ever pedicure here and I am 38 years old. It was very soothing and very relaxing to me. The staff was very friendly to me and I can't wait to go back again.

So i went last week. Went religiously every 3 weeks. My husband bought me 100.00 gift card. Went to check out after my service and they say it's only for southside. The gift card says hinkleview on the back with their phone number. Sophia says its a misprint and im forced to pay 60.00. I call SS and they get in touch with hinkleview and get it deducted from the gift card and say they will cancel my debit card transaction wont be sent through. Lie. I was billed. Went in yesterday for mani/pedi and after waiting 15-20 minutes while staff either left, stood outside, or just walked around the store, we decided to leave. We were greeted by someone when we arrived, but she never updated us as to why it was taking so long, nor asked if anything was wrong as we put our polish colors back while she was standing at the polish wall. Apparently my business isn’t needed so I will gladly take it elsewhere.
Sarina is an amazing nail technician. She’s fast and definitely on point. Great personality! I would highly recommend scheduling with this lovely lady!

Got my nails done for New Years Eve. Awesome job and love the color.
I attempted to get 1 nail done this morning. I’ve only had my nails done for a week. I needed a thumbnail fixed but no one would do it. I was basically refused service because I couldn’t remember name of person that did my nails last week. They took multiple women before me & actually asked me to return at a later time. This isn’t the first time I’ve been treated poorly here but it’s definitely the last time!

The nail tech cut me on my hands and toes. I asked for a cut down and anywhere I have ever been they ask how short, she didn't and cut them way too short! I asked for a snowflake design since i wanted my nails to have Christmas theme and she literally put a Asterisk symbol with white dots over my entire nail! I told her take it off cuz it looked horrible! I paid $70 for my services and am completely unsatisfied! Never again!
