I’ve been going to Queen Nail Spa for quite some time now and the employees are always super friendly and they get me in and out as quickly as possible.
Got dip ombré nails on Monday. They are BEAUTIFUL! My tech was super sweet - I was in a hurry but she did not skimp on the service. Nails look great, she was 100% transparent about the additional charge for ombré and did a really, really nice job. Worth the extra $ for such a lovely look. I wish the wait time wasn’t long sometimes, but if I’d plan ahead and make an appointment it wouldn’t be! 🙄
I had an appointment for my mom and I at 2:30. We were 20 minutes early. Weren’t even seated until 2:45. We’ve been here two and half hours and they JUST got to my moms nails. We asked to be together; and we were not. This is for my wedding tomorrow; and thanks to them not seating us on time, I’m going to be late to my own rehearsal dinner at 5:30. This has taken way too entirely long for such sloppy results and not even seated how I asked.
Used to love this place but the service has gone down hill fast. Last two times I have been very rude, rushed service and inexperienced.
Yesterday, we made an appointment for 5:15, we do not live in Paducah so we didn’t know the exit was shut down. We got there at 5:25 due to having to take the detours. They refused to see us, and the girl upfront was snarky about it, and didn’t even ask for an explanation. Needless to say we left and will not be back. They lost 7 paying customers. Their loss.
I haven’t ever had a bad experience here always have been great.
Kim is amazing! I recommend her to everyone. Been going to her for about 2-3 years. She knows exactly what I want every time without having to say anything. She does an amazing job and takes her time. I’m never disappointed when I leave. She keeps on conversation and is hilarious!
Love this place! Peter always does an excellent job!
I have been coming here since Easter 2019, and I love them! Lucas has taken care of me everytime, and now I always make appointments with him! I definitely recommend and I am a tough one to please! Thank you again! And thank you Lucas!
