I really enjoyed my experience at Queen Nail Spa. My daughter and I both got pedicures together. It was nice to be able to sit next to her while we both were getting our toes done. Jenny was very friendly and did a great job engaging in conversation. Sam worked on my daughter. We had fun talking about pets. I would prefer that the workers would not speak to each other in their native language. It just seems rude to me. I will recommend this spa and will go back.

I tried the dip powder and didn't care for it (although they did a great job) I called to schedule for an appointment for it to be removed. They told me they would redo it for free because I wasn't happy. I was shocked to say the least! Amazing customer service!

was not very happy with the attitude of the woman doing my nails, when my mother paid for all of ours under her name, most of them popped off in a week will not be going back
