I loved my nails so much. I love how friendly the workers were.usually in other salons I go to are quiet and don't talk much so it gets awkward but QNS are very friendly and make you feel welcomed.���

If I could give zero I would!!! Was told incorrect prices with very little communication even though I asked repeatedly to verify price. The staff talked over us( probably about us) and rarely addressed my 12year old daughter and I. As I was paying the tech NEVER told me the final price and just ran my card then WALKED away!!! My charges were 60.00 more than what they told me. There are no prices posted anywhere. This is the best place in Paducah to get your nails done! I have been going to Queen Nail Spa for over four years, and my nails always look great! I have never had issues with breaking or coming off. Everyone is very professional, and Sean is a very savvy business man!

They do really good work but the American lady working the desk is rude. It doesn't matter if you make an appointment, if a walkin has been waiting longer they will take them back first.

However, we realized that we've made a mistake my taking the walk-in ahead of you. We are offering you a gift card of $20 if that is ok with you. I use to be a regular customer, but they don't do the dip powder correctly. Chipping after 1 week. I have moved on to Murray where they are more experienced and cheaper.

Had my nails done by Joe and he did a great job. They look great. Very professional and suggested the right product for me. He took a lot of time and got my nails a very natural length for me. I'll definitely go back and request Joe for my fills
Joe is the best!! His work is amazing and he is genuinely interested in the person. He remembers you and is very personable.
