My father came to the hospital by ambulance this morning 26 April 2026. The service of EVERY member of staff across shifts was exceptional. Although there was a long wait for a bed in a ward, the setup in the A&E department (room 20E) from start to finish was again another fine example of how the NHS still offers incredible value when run this well. The staff went out their way to make me comfortable and helped with my anxiety I was having about the surgery. I can't thank them enough for been so caring and considerate. They work so hard and genuinely care about their patients. They are a credit to their profession.

111 sent me because i was in agony,on a saturday afternoon, to go up and sit there fpr 4 hpurs to be sent away and tokd to go and see my gp, so we have a hospital what does not help sick people who are in pain, disgusting
