The property manager, Marc, was unresponsive and would not let me into the property even though I arrived over an hour before their check in window ended (10pm). He claimed that Agoda had cancelled the booking, and that I missed the check-in window which is completely false after confirming with Agoda, and reading similar experiences from others on Agoda and Google. Absolutely loved staying at Quartermile Serviced Apartments! The apartments are spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, close to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made check-in and check-out super easy. BOKA INTE MED AGODA! Jag bokade med agoda och blev avbokad ett dygn innan jag ska checka in för helgen Oasis ska spela. Det är inte lätt att hitta nytt boende då. Jag säger inget om boendet men deras kommunikation med Agoda är inte bra. Dom sa till mig att dom inte lyckats få kontakt med dom men dom sa att jag skulle göra det och jag lyckades direkt.
Beware booking through a third party platform for this accommodation. We booked the Quartermile serviced apartments, Edinburgh, in January 2025 through Agoda. On 30 April 2025 I contacted the accommodation, through Agoda, to confirm the number of guests. On 2nd May 2025, the day before we were supposed to arrive, I received an email saying that our booking had been cancelled.
