Took a personal training course. Great teachers. Good support the whole way through the course. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to get into fitness.
I completed L2, L3, L2 Indoor cycling and L2 Suspension training. Ollie and JP were amazing instructors!
Complete the first aid at work certificate, received support throughout from the team, very professional company. Enjoyed the course, would highly recommend.
