If I could give No stars I would. Since taking over our block a few years ago, things have gone downhill. Quadrant have not done a lot of required repairs and things just get worse and worse!!! Insurance then refuse to pay out because jobs have not been done in a timely manner. We have so many issues in our block now and nothing seems to get done! Since Qdime took over, we have patiently given them more than a year to up their game, probably nearer 2. They are shambolic, the services are in silos, eg accounts are nothing to do with daily management etc. We have been asked to approve a draft budget for next year (2024) when they can't tell us what we actually spent in 2022. Very unhappy with them.
We've been dealing with Quadrant for many years and have always found them to be polite, prompt, and above all else extremely professional.
One of the most incompetent companies I have ever dealt with. One star is too many. Over a significant period of time, their systematic and complete disregard for their clients and total lack of response is breath-taking. My advice is to avoid them at all costs.
