Went for scaling, polishing and Prophyjet (stain removal) service at White Sands outlet. Arrived at 6.30pm and the whole process took less than 15mins from registration to payment. I was out of the clinic by 6.44pm. The dentist who attended to me was Dr James. He didn’t even introduce himself (I found out from the receipt), take time to check on the patient’s condition or ask the patient reason for visit etc before commencing. I had a very disappointing experience at Q&M Dental. I booked an appointment at 5:00pm for scaling, polishing, filling, and a wisdom tooth extraction. On the same day at 10:00am, the clinic texted to ask me to come earlier at 4:30pm. I made the effort to adjust my schedule and arrived on time, only to be told to wait because there was another patient ahead of me. My daughter had to visit Q&M Pasir Ris clinic to settle her wisdom tooth. We got an appointment on Sunday and Dr Christine Chai was the attending dentist. I have a few issues with her as a doctor. Her bedside manners were and, the way she spoke was condescending with a lack of compassion, and she didn’t offer much advice, her exact words to my daughter who needed to make a decision, after showing the Xray was “you go and think”. Good doctor with good advice
Very expensive and poor service. Dentist did scaling, polishing all within 5 mins. Such a rush and rough job.. horrible. Will not come here again.. even with subsidy, it is still more than $150. All the unnecessary cost like fluoride and even sterilisation fee is included … even paid for consultation but no advise or consult given. Horrible place
