First two teeth gone, zero pain, lots of smiles for my 6yo daughter! The counter staff and nurses were also friendly, welcoming, and efficient throughout. Thanks Dr Richard and team for making it such a great experience!

My Disappointing Experience at Q&M Dental Surgery (Bukit Panjang) with Dr. Teo Jian Kiat. Today I visited Q&M Dental Surgery at Bukit Panjang for a routine scaling and polishing. I was attended to by Dr. Teo Jian Kiat. After the initial cleaning, I noticed there were still significant stains remaining on my teeth. The doctor then recommended fillings for two of my teeth, which I agreed to, and he mentioned that the process had incidentally removed some of the stains. Terrible experience with Dr Richard. Very painful and sensitive teeth after scaling and polishing, which probably only lasted about 10-15 mins and I was charged about $120++ (while other places only charge $90-100 at most). Dr Richard also kept pushing me to get wisdom tooth surgery and even tried to use scare tactics. Very unethical. Truly a disappointing experience and I know never to come back here again, especially to this disappointing dentist.
