Had Pyramid Plumbing and Heating out to work on cleaning my ducts and furnace and the two guys (Lyndon and Marshall) were OUTSTANDING!!!! Highly recommend PP&H to anyone who needs service. Great price and they were stoked I had the duct covers removed and furnature pushed aside. GREAT TEAM!!!

I had a very positive experience with Pyramid Plumbing and Heating. Mike was wonderful to deal with. He and his company provided quality customer service. Mike was available at any time through out the day and evening as well as on weekends to answer any questions I had. They were very accommodating, they worked on my schedule and time frames. They gave me a date for the furnace installation and were not able to do it for that date, so when they changed it, they offered me an additional service at no cost for the inconvenien... read more
Had a great experience with my recent furnace install. Mike was able to come out the same day I called to provide me with an estimate and was willing to beat a competitor's price on the same Goodman model furnace. Staff are very friendly. Install took a full day with 2 guys but they arrived on time & worked hard. Made sure to clean up any mess & covered my carpeted stairs to keep them clean. Would recommend to anyone!
Pyramid came and installed my new furnace. Initially, they were the lowest bidder out of a few for similar equipment. I negotiated that a high end communicating thermostat be included in the price, which they agreed to. The actual install went smoothly. They showed up on the agreed upon date and on time. The actual install took three guys just under 4 hours to replace a furnace and thermostat, and run new intake and exhaust lines out the back of the house.
