Just had a new furnace and AC installed by Pyramid. Mike was friendly and helpful during our initial estimate, he did not push anything on us at all. The guys were all fantastic on installation day, very friendly and answered any questions that we had.

I had a problem with my AC last June 3, my AC won't cool and my thermostat shows "Call for service" on the screen. I got a high of 25°C. I messaged them and told what my problem was. They said most homes are not reaching below 23 including their own and said to check with the tech. But I haven't received any update. I ask them if anyone from them can check my AC but no avail. Currently June 11 and still waiting for our AC to run for more than 1 day without shutting down. This will be their 4th attempt to install our AC unit properly but unfortunately they do not have parts in stock to do repairs on a Sunday. Now waiting to take more time off work so they can fix it on Monday. Update - I have edited my rating as I have not had any further issues with the AC and because we also had a furnace and hot water tank installed at the same time. Very Unprofessional! I was scheduled for an appointment but did not show up. Please dont confirmed an appointment if you cannot able to do it, you just wasted my time!
Just had my second experience with pyramid this week. They installed my new central air unit. The techs showed up on time and were very friendly. All my questions were answered. As well the price was great. For the second time I've been very impressed and highly recommend.
