I had a 2001 furnace that always crapped out in the coldest days every year! Finally decided to upgrade and called for quotes... Dustin made Pyramid Plumbing and Heating the easy choice. Had our furnace replaced by Pyramid last year, they were very professional, reasonably priced, we were very happy with their service. Woke up this morning and the furnace had died (so I thought...) I called them at 5:50 am, and someone was here within the hour. Turns out there was nothing wrong (thermostat user error �) but wow, what service!! Thanks guys, so glad you're there when we need you.
I would recommend Pyramid to anyone, the client service was exceptional, they went above and beyond to get my furnace up and running on a very cold holiday within mere hours of my call. Mike and Miguel thank you for your prompt service! It was a pleasure to deal with you from the phone actually being answered to the follow up text, I appreciate the complete experience!! I will definitely be calling for regular service!!

Not impressed.. I live 20 minutes north of Winnipeg and they came out once to do a pre service , now I needed them for some maintenance work and can't get a response , have to go elsewhere

Called Pyramid to get my furnace looked at, as it was not working properly. From the initial phone call right to the end of apt,they were professional, courtesy and fixed my furnace,quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend using Pyramid!! I know i will!!
This place is so fantastic! They showed up on time, installed a new air conditioner, and offered an extended warranty on the labour as well as offering to come back and check it over in a year for free. They did NOT try to talk us into changing our old furnace like Kirkfield heating did. When we do get a new furnace we're definitely going here.
