Very easy and quick to book an appointment. The technician came out (&called before arrival). He gave us a window of 12-2 and was exactly on time at 12:00. Technician went over everything that he checked with me, and explained what he did. Great customer service both on the phone as well as through email correspondence. Would definitely use them again.
Called this morning because the AC was acting up. Miguel was out by noon and fixed the problem. Very fast, efficient and helpful staff. Will definitely be using Pyramid for all my heating and plumbing needs. Five stars!!!

I got a great deal on a yearly furnace inspection/cleaning. The technician showed up (had one company who no-showed twice), did a great job and discussed everything about my furnace. I will definitely use them again.
Our experience was top notch from sales to install.
Top notch company. Very courteous staff. Absolutely killed the removal of our "pig" of a furnace and install of our new furnace and a/c unit. From estimate to completion; everything couldn't have run any smoother.
I have nothing but good things to say about Pyramid Plumbing and Heating. We needed a furnace quick and from sales to installation they came through for us. The installers did a great job and explained how everything worked and also cleaned up everything. Great job!!
What an exceptional experience from my first contact to schedule a quote, planning and furnace installation. I was very impressed to get a next day appointment for a quote when I first contacted Pyramid via their chat feature. My quote was promptly provided with no pressure from them to make a quick decision.
