These guys are great. Fast friendly service. They replaced our 40 year old electric forced air furnace with a new smaller forced air electric furnace. The guys are so polite, efficient and left our bsmt. clean. We would definitely recommend Pyramid Plumbing & Heating to all of our family and friends or anyone we hear is looking for recommendations of great service! We’re confident this new furnace will last as long as our old one!!
We got a new Furnace from them, install went great. The sale rep Dustin was polite and explained things well.The crew Cam and Brandon that did the install were awesome, did a great job, cleaned up after and were just very polite and great guys! We also had the pleasure to meet Gord, who is the Service Manager. He came by on our request to take a look at our old air conditioner. He took the time to explain us everything and beyond. We had to get our broken furnace replaced towards the end of last fall. But being on a tight budget meant that we weren’t sure financially if we could get the work done by Pyramid. But with the help of Dustin & Mike, and the rest of their team, the brand new furnace was installed early December, just before the cold spell when temperatures dropped.
