Purkelly Bros Ltd provided an excellent service and assigned an experienced ground team on our site. As a family home we wanted to make sure we were choosing the right company and making the correct investment, after all getting the foundations right is paramount! We are a small development company and recently purchased a rather restricted site next to a railway cutting and with very variable geology. We use NHBC for our warranties. The site demanded 100% piling and associated reinforced ground beams. We went through the normal quoting exercise and found fairly similar costs across three companies who work in our area.
