I ordered my engagement ring from Purely Diamonds in July 2024 after researching and comparing prices. The online ordering process was smooth, although a font preview for engravings would be a helpful addition. I initially chose a 2.07ct diamond with an 18ct white gold band, but later changed my mind to a stunning 3.0ct radiant cut diamond and then again to a platinum band. I’ve ordered 3 rings with Purley Diamonds over the last few months. An engagement ring and 2 wedding bands. They made the entire experience very very simple. We had to re size the rings and this was very easy to do so. All of the staff i talked with were all lovely, professional and gave me updates throughout every stage. Could not recommend a store more. Very impressed.
