My daughter lost one of her earrings which I had purchased from Purely Diamonds last year. I contacted them to ask for a replacement and Alex was amazing. She was very helpful and efficient and placed the order for the replacement. She also asked for the other earring to be returned to ensure the replacement was an accurate match and also clean it so it looked new. Really appreciate the care and consideration taken by Alex and would definitely recommend using Purely Diamonds.
