10/10!! amazing staff, made me feel so comfortable and was extremely professional!
Didn’t have an appointment, just walked in to try and get help with a piercing I thought was infected. Staff were so so lovely and super helpful. Informed me that my piercing is NOT infected but just irritated and told me what to do to fix it :) they also swapped out my earring for one with a shorter bar which was only £11! Considering it was irritated they were so gentle getting the earring out. Definitely coming back for any future piercings, thank you! 🩷
Had a lobe pierceing with Abby, she was kind, funny, helpful and didn't lie or make any euphemisms, gave me clear instructions and reassurance and generally treated me very well. The piercing itself was done quickly and easily with little pain and just as a tip, about 10 minds after the piercing have some chocolate, it helps.
My daughter has just had her eyebrow pierced. I am very impressed with the professional service they provided. The price is low but yet high quality and has a very welcoming vibe. All together brilliant.
