One of the best gyms in the area, exceptionally well maintained and featuring some of the coolest equipment I’ve come across. The staff are always friendly and highly knowledgeable, offering excellent training tips and advice. There’s also a genuine sense of community there, something you only find in smaller independent gyms. Having moved away from Wood Street, this is likely the one place we miss the most. Recently, my wife and I revisited PMG and tried the new sauna/spa room, and we were thoroughly impressed!

I was visiting from Los Angeles and stumbled upon this gym, WOW I was impressed!! As an avid gym goer myself, this gym offered every piece of equipment you’d want/need for any exercise. The massage chairs, red light masks, and saunas were 🤌🏼. I could have spent hours here. Miranda at the front desk was so welcoming and knowledgeable. She gave me a tour and walked me through each room explaining what everything is. She was very enthusiastic and nice! I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in town.

The gym is good and has a lot of decent equitmen. It's a bit pricy and difficult to book classes, as they are always busy. What bothers me the most is the music that the gym plays. It's often quite misogynistic. I have raised this with the support desc and they said they would pass the message on but music has not changed. Very unprofessional in my opinion. We are here to train, not to listen to some rubbish music.
