I've been trying to cancel my membership for 2 months now. I sent the ridiculous letter as requested, still debiting my account. Can't seem to get anyone on the phone to fix this. They don't want to talk to you in person either. Very disappointing to say the least....
Try to cancel membership. What a joke. On hold. On hold. On hold. She even answered and put me on hold again. Customer satisfaction.....very poor
My wife, aunt and daughter all attend a variety of classes and events at Pure. They all love this facility.
Wouldn't trade it for nothing Love the group classes and the professionalism
I love the fact that it is only women, I really enjoy all the classes, kick boxing is a really good, followed the body pump and cycling with the best instructor Chandra love all her music and of course my favorite Zumba class, with Diana on Tuesday and Andrea on Friday and Saturday.
