I was a member for 5 years many years ago and the staff was always very rude. The child care area was gross and again the people were rude. Then of course there were the husbands who were aloud to sit and watch their wives work out. I found it offensive. The only men who should have been there were the workers but nope. I wanted to give them a second chance last summer because my kids didn't need to use the child care area and the rate was reasonable but they treated me like trash. ** Love it!!! No complaints well except WiFi keeps going out on me but overall staff is friendly, clean facility.. I wish there was more then one. It's a bit of a drive for me but doable💕
I've been a member for almost 3 years and for the most part been happy there. My only complaint is that their maintenance department could do a lot better job. They are really slow. It took three weeks to fix a leg on a bench, the steam room is out for commission and has been for at least that long, there are broken hand rails and soap dispensers in the showers, the list goes on. They recently resurfaced the sauna and pool which was a very nice upgrade, but the timer on the sauna is broken again. Works for 3 minutes and then... read more
This place is amazing...please let us know when your $10 per month special goes on again?
It is amazing to me that a facility like this cannot get their entertainment system to work. For a week, they can only get one channel on their 15+ TVs and it is a Spanish language channel. I do not speak Spanish. I hate working out but I go to the gym so I can watch TV to make the time go by faster. When I signed up, they point out their great system. Please get it to work!
