This place is amazing! Its all ladies! I feel very comfortable there, the people are great. I have been a member at many clubs but the dressing room's were tiny and no doors just curtains. Here they have large dressing rooms with doors and a nice padded bench to sit on. Also there is always hot water when you shower. They also furnish shampoo, conditioner and soap! To bad there's only one in Houston...that's the only bad thing!!!
If i could rate a triple zero I would. This place just does not cut it for me. I usually don't go to the gym because I don't have time but the time I have been doing Zumba at work I decide to go back. The non welcoming front desk staff tell me I have a $260+ balance since July 2015. I was like excuse me you all dont call & the girl is like "we get to it when we can" omg my blood boiled with rage. Worst customer service ever ! Erin called me a liar saying she called me back after leaving 4 messages for Libby who would not return my calls regarding canceling my training ! Who does that? I own my own business and would never treat my Customer this way!
I have been a member for 1 year. I love the water Arobics class with Christina. She makes us laugh and have fun instead of just a regular class. I look forward to going as much as possible. Great job Christina!!
I have been here for 7 Years and believe me there been up and downs here. Floretta the manager and her staff has change all that for the better. Great gym, clean and fun! Never miss a day! Now of u r looking for a little gym this isnot for u... Lady's in and out all day classes get so packed there is no parking... That's shows how good and well the classes work don't get mad if u come in the morning or after 5pm and it's packed it's a great gym where all the lady come to get awAy I call it my little get away spot!!
Went to sign up today the moment me and my sister in law walked in the girl was rude no smile no greet. Then the girl who did give a tour was "sick" so she wasn't in a good mood and we got there at 5:15 when they close at 6 and mid sentence the girl ask straight annoyed face "did you wanna work out cause we close at 6" after all that I didn't even want the tour. So needless to say I won't be going back. I was excited too after reading some good reviews but I didn't get a good vibe at all.
Terrible Customer Service!! Don't recommend these gym for anyone. They don't know how to take care of there member at all!!
I love all that this gym has to offer! And the best part is that it's women only! This is the only gym I have felt comfortable at and not felt judged for being fat and clueless!
