ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would think twice before entering an agreement with these people because canceling takes forever. I have been trying to cancel my membership since April ... it is not November and I am still on the phone with them. It didn't take this long to take my money. I put 1 star because I had to put something.
Customer service is absolutely horrible...I will still continue to go to this gym because I have been there forever. However, it takes them forever to get things fixed and if you call and leave a message for someone they "never" receive it or they just don't have time...yeah ok?
