I am unable to cancel online & instore. I have sent letters & emails no response. Pure Fitness continue to draft my bank account every month after following their procedure. It is unfortunate they will not pick up the phone to discuss. The website says they will email you and never request email address... how is that possible? Please cancel my membership 208675. I will be filling a complaint with the State of Texas and Better Business Bureau Buyer Be Aware... great gym... poor customer service at corporate office.
The manager lies and acts ghetto. The floor is so dirty in the group classroom it is like walking on the sandy beach. You can't enjoy yoga because the music in the gym is so loud. It was a great place but now they don't seem very selective in their hiring process. Absolutely zero customer service and the schedule changes so much you can't have a routine. The group classes are way over crowded. They seem to forget no members equals no job.
I love the girls at the front! They constantly have someone cleaning. Lots of machines and good selection of free weights. � it’s become my second home. �
