What happened to establishments caring about providing excellent customer service? Front desk lady on the Friday evening shift is VERY rude! Makes me not want to continue coming here and just keep going to My other gym. Only come here on my days off since it's closer and go to my other gym after work.

because in this gum not allow to do exercise with your friends. ask to bring you friend but not allow you to workout with them. horrible
Still waiting on a refund due to me. No one will call me back . The managers say it’s out of their hands, blames everything on corporate. Emails have been sent , I have called , with no return call back , very tacky service
This women gym is wonderful the staff was awesome and the equipment works. Just love it.

After waiting over a month for the pool to open, we got a 1 week reprieve. A whole week of aquatics taught by one of the best instructors, in my opinion. But whoa to those who need the water in order to move like we used to.....it's closed again! (Chlorine is good, it keeps the bad germies away. If your skin is sensitive, then find a salt water pool.) Please....bring back the pool!
