I, too, sent a letter a year ago to cancel my membership after the one year term. They DID NOT cancel and continue to debit my checking account. I, too have called several times. Because they have to "swipe" your membership card, there is proof that I have not used the membership for OVER a year. Just short of engaging a lawyer, I a am fed up.
