This is a wonderful, top-notch gym for women. I recently joined at Thxgiving and it has been absolutely great....from the knowlegeabel trainers, the clean facility and the professional management team its truly a gift for us girls. The staff is a blessing and very informed about all of the activities. I'm looking forward to achieving my fitness goals. I love going to this spot, there's no judgement, just positivity and encouragement!!
