Excellent manicure and the new BIAB finish is great. The saloon is so welcoming and tranquil and all the people working the are extremely friendly. It’s a nice place to visit, there’s no waiting around as they are always ready with a smile and an offer of a coffee.
Had booked a Hollywood wax with Charlotte and she was really friendly and welcoming and the salon was clean. However she didn’t seem very experienced with lycon waxing and her pulls were not clean and really painful (I regularly get waxed so know what level of pain to expect). I also had loads of hair left when I got home and had quite a lot of ingrowns and irritation compared to usual so was quite disappointed as I was looking for a salon more local to me.
As usual, up to your very high standards!
Great place and easy to get to in Wokingham. Super friendly when I walked in as my first time here. My appointment was on time and quick. So pleased with how my nailed looked!!! Can’t wait to go back.
