Wonderful guy. Good bedside manner. Listens to your complaints and fully discusses treatment options so you can make an informed decision.
Kurt is one of my favorite provider’s at CSFSM. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He always makes me feel comfortable and is always open and honest.
I am 92 years old. I saw Kurt for severe back and hip pain leaving me unable to lift my leg at all. He was very attentive and caring. The next day I am able to walk and get around pain free for the most part.
Dr Pulver was knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and friendly. Although reluctant at first to NOT see Dr Nash (who we all love too much), I was most pleased at the closest substitute. So happy to have Dr. Pulver on your staff!

He is engaged with the patient — a very good listener and caring. Professional in that he is prepared when he enters the examining room and reviews the patient’s history. Not hesitant to refer patient to another provider to make sure patient is covered fir all orthopedic needs.
