They were pretty unhelpful. Only heard from them the day before or the day of my court hearings. NOTHING was explained to me other than you should take the plea. Event the judge sounded surprised that I would accept it. Casey rarely returned calls and I'm not sure if he even returned one email from me. NEVER discussed legal limits on prescription drugs with me. He NEVER discussed my case with it open and in front of him. I would never use again or recommend to anyone.

Jared Ausserer and Tim Lewis are amazing trial attorneys that I have had the opportunity to experience in action during trials and other hearings. I hired them to defend me on a protection order for $6500. Lazy ass lawyer Nicholas Andrews did nothing to defend me. He gave NONE of the evidence proving I was innocent to the judge. None of it. He put zero effort and zero time in my defense. He pissed the judge off in the first 5 minutes at the hearing. Then he just kept harping on a deal I told him NO to a dozen times. I wasn't even there when the judge found me guilty by "preponderance of evidence." He acted like he had never been to court before. Now he refuses to send me my documents to me which are mine or a copy of their file on my case which I am legally entitled to. Also refuses to answer my texts, calls or emails. Whoever you choose as your attorney, DO NOT choose these guys, especially if your innocent. Once they get your money upfront, they're done. I give them ZERO stars, the same as the time, thought and effort they put into my case.

this pertains to Nick Andrews and Jarrod Ausserer . I went in to hire this firm to represent me in a criminal case in which there was planted evidence false statements and illegality search warrants. I hired them to represent me not sell me out to prosecutors. They gave me a false itemized billing list to try and justify there lack of doing anything for my case other then try to have me plea to something that was all false. Nick told me that his alleged plea deal was the best i was gonna get from prosecutors they refused to do what i asked of them when i hired them. I had to do my own legwork for them and they still didn't do anything with what i gave them . N ick wasn't even doing anything on my case for he was out doing concert treatments that when Jarrod came into picture, what a mistake that was talk about little man syndrome. jarrod pats his self on his back just to try and make him feel worth Anyways I FIRED them and hired someone else and within a couple month and 1 brief from my new attorney and case was dismissed with pored Jud..My advise to anyone wanting to hire either Nick or Jarrod to represent them ,PICK ANOTHER ATTORNEY .

We can't thank Nick Andrews of PSLG enough for helping us get thru a nightmarish dispute with neighbors who had moved in next door approximately 2 years ago. We could never have anticipated being charged with harassment & assault in our 70's while our lives were being threatened.
Nick made some suggestions on how to protect ourselves and made
several attempts to resolve the issue amicably out of court. It became clear that the plaintiff would not be satisfied with a simple solution but were intent on driving us from our longtime home. We were shaken to the core as we sat in court listening to the lies & insults being hurled at us.
Nick remained calm & kept reassuring us thru the whole 4 month ordeal. He picked up on the smallest discrepancies once we were in court & his well placed questions destroyed their credibility. Nick & the staff of PSLG have been absolutely incredible to work with

Puget Law Group is a very competent, personable and forward thinking law group that takes the time to get your case down and get you the best result possible!. I had a DUI, with a high BAC and an accident (property damage only, thank God!) I initially met with Dan, who immediately helped me feel more at ease with this tough situation. I was then represented by Gina, who ultimately put my world back on track. She learned everything there was to know about me; my background and life experiences, events leading up to the incident, etc. When it came down to representing me to the District Attorney, she was able to negotiate an agreement that was TRULY beyond my expectations, without my even appearing! I obviously appeared since then, but only for the purpose of accepting the amazing deal she negotiated. I could not more whole heartedly recommend Gina Buskirk and the Puget Law Group! THANK YOU!!
