They said they would take our case after we gave them all the info, then after a year and a half, did nothing. New representative then called and sent a letter saying they were no longer representing us. They have no reason. Then casually let us know that the case has a two year statute of limitations. So basically they wasted a year and a half on nothing, and now we are out of time when we could have easily gone elsewhere on a straightforward case.
This law firm is the worst ever , have a lawsuit with a nuring home and never got a dime.
