When the owner of puffin cottage holidays comes out personally on Saturday evening because of a blocked toilet I think it’s safe to assume that you’re dealing with an absolute first class company. We rented ocean cottage in saundersfoot and had this problem when we arrived after travelling from Sussex… unable to find a plumber this late on a Saturday evening… to have the owner turn up and rectify the problem … totally superb customer service!! Thank you so much.. extremely impressed and delighted!!
Great to book with and very professional. We had the Coedrath cottage, which was superb and in a great location. The welcome pack was also much appreciated.
The whole property felt recently decorated and furnished. It's spacious, comfortable and in a quiet area and contains all the everyday things that make it easy to enjoy staying there. We stayed in December and were particularly impressed by the Christmas tree complete with twinkling lights in the living room. Walking to the centre of Saundersfoot is easy and only takes about ten minutes (although it takes a bit longer to get back as it's all uphill). Beautiful, comfortable apartment with stunning sea views. We would definitely stay here again.
Ideally placed property within the seaside town of Saundresfoot, very well equipped, exceptionally clean and tidy, will definitely be booking again in the near future.
