We are Publik Coffee Roasters, a small batch coffee roastery & cafe in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. Our roastery is also home to a 4,000 square foot event venue and two private meeting rooms that are available for rent. We believe in quality over quantity, which is why we sweat the small and the big stuff.

My son took me to this delightful place last December. Loved the coffee and the decor. Plan on returning on my next visit to Salt Lake in the summer!
The regular mocha blew me away, perfectly blended, not too sweet. And the bread was delicious! New favorite place.
