We are Publik Coffee Roasters, a small batch coffee roastery & cafe in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. Our roastery is also home to a 4,000 square foot event venue and two private meeting rooms that are available for rent. We believe in quality over quantity, which is why we sweat the small and the big stuff.

I love your Avocado Toast I always get that when I'm there. I'm not such a huge coffee drinker. It's gotta have a huge amount of creamer in it if I do drink it. But your Avocado Toast is the bomb!

I love everything about this place. It has become my favorite spot to do homework and read. Particularly fond of the nitro and regular cold brew and the habenero orange jam.
If you are looking at Publik as an event venue, save your money and go elsewhere. The venue is great looking, however, nothing is provided and the staff is not helpful. I planned and executed an event here and while we were cleaning up they said there were scratches (on concrete) all over the floor and we weren't going to get the deposit back. We never put any furniture in the area where they claimed the scratches were. Had anyone been there when we were setting up, they would have seen that. I am so disappointed in the way ... read more
I have always had excellent "anythings" at Publix, and responsive service with any concern/issue. Thumbs up to Publix! Only wish that they had some kind of maybe reserved seating for handicapped at a table especially when extra busy since the stools/high tables are hard for us to use. Just a thought?
