We are Publik Coffee Roasters, a small batch coffee roastery & cafe in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. Our roastery is also home to a 4,000 square foot event venue and two private meeting rooms that are available for rent. We believe in quality over quantity, which is why we sweat the small and the big stuff.

These guys are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, I can't thank them enough for all the support they have had for Salt Lake City Fire Local 81. They have great coffee, food, sitting & parking space plus a huge event space you can rent. Thank you for being so kind, loving and generous!!!!!
The atmosphere is spectacular and their coffee is wonderful.
The coffee was fantastic but one of two baristas was snippy. Ok rude. The place itself really has everything; cozy corners, laptop bars and tables (reclaimed wood?) and more than one meeting room with flatscreen.
In general, I have not been a huge coffee connoisseur. Don't get me wrong. I absolutely love coffee. But I normally can't tell the difference between coffee shops. Publik has changed that for me. Everytime I sip the brown sugar latte, I feel like I've found my coffee soul mate. Huge thanks Publik. We are very lucky to have you here in the SLC.

The coffee here is always incredible. Baristas are friendly and they take the time to make your coffee perfect, every time. The toasts are delicious as well. I love everything about this place!
