We are Publik Coffee Roasters, a small batch coffee roastery & cafe in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. Our roastery is also home to a 4,000 square foot event venue and two private meeting rooms that are available for rent. We believe in quality over quantity, which is why we sweat the small and the big stuff.

Dude coffee is 100% on point, I personally hate/dislike most people but they're supper friendly in their and they where giving each other hugs and sh!+. I just couldn't stay mad they take their time doing their work, but the end result is perfection �
Missy is the best!! Shes also a beast at Crossfit.

Best place for coffee!! We love coming here and the kids love it too! Always a nice selection of teas, coffees and treats!
Had our wedding reception here and the venue was amazing. They were up front about what was provided and expected. They advised on cleanup and what the rental company expected for their chairs and tables. We loved it and honestly very affordable, they even let us set up early it was great. If you are looking for a affordable venue and with little work to put in I recommend publik! Every guest said how much they loved the space.
