We are Publik Coffee Roasters, a small batch coffee roastery & cafe in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. Our roastery is also home to a 4,000 square foot event venue and two private meeting rooms that are available for rent. We believe in quality over quantity, which is why we sweat the small and the big stuff.

RecommendedI wanted to give a shout-out to the manager. Long story short, I have an open police case against a male customer re: harassment of a disturbing sexual nature. I decided to print up his photo / description and go around to local coffee shops & bars where this man frequents, just to warn the owners to be mindful of his encounters with other customers -- turns out he's a local creep that verbally / electronically harasses young women (sometimes even employees). Nice establishment and great staff. My first visit. Was afraid it would be hipsterish and unwelcoming. It was hip, but not uninviting at all. All kinds of people there. Gave me samples of coffee I was curious about, and replaced my coffee that spilt. Very pleasant, clean, cozy, chill and professional.

Don't go to the location in the avenues.I would give zero stars if I could. I'm never coming to this location again simply because of the baristas. They went out of their way to be rude and right in front of me debated who would serve me. The girl with the braid needs to be fired.

fantastic food, great coffee, and a superb service. the servers are attentive and charismatic and the kitchen does a great job with the food with quick ticket times. It's my new regular breakfast place for sure.

Wonderful atmosphere and great staff. Coffee machine was broken and my dad couldn’t get his regular decaf, cashier was very apologetic about it, charged only a dollar for his regular coffee and gave us a free cookie. Thank you!
