We are Publik Coffee Roasters, a small batch coffee roastery & cafe in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. Our roastery is also home to a 4,000 square foot event venue and two private meeting rooms that are available for rent. We believe in quality over quantity, which is why we sweat the small and the big stuff.

Great peanut butter, honey and banana toast. Coffee was good, unusual flavor yesterday, more fruity than most.

Publik has a great setup with an upstairs section where me and my friends can host groups. I've only been there once so far but my friends have been coming here for a while and swear by it. I'll keep coming back for sure.

Love the coffees and toasts! The Avenues location is my favorite. I buy the bagged coffee and brew at home too and it’s so good! The Ethiopian is my latest all time favorite. Excellent coffee!
