I took the 6 week challenge and lost 20.2 lbs. and I’ve never felt better! They really do set you up for success all you need to do is follow the instructions! The workouts are hard and intense but you have great positive and motivating trainers throughout the way! I Just finished my 1st 6 week challenge and I’m down 30 lbs! This has been one of the most challenging experiences of my life, but I am glad I did it. The workouts were both intense and fun! The trainers were helpful throughout the entire process from answering questions about food to helping me get the proper form to effectively complete this challenge. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to get healthier.

Just completed my 6 week challenge and I feel great! I lost a total of 22.2lbs in the 6 weeks. The meal prepping and limited food options were hard at first but by week two or three you start getting used to it and it gets easier! The trainers at the Valencia location were great! Thanks Hector and Scotty for always pushing us until the very end!
I just completed my 6Week challenge last Sunday. Feeling wonderful with a -21.8 # loss! Although FTDI meals were difficult at times I never strayed. Thanks to my friend Gale who is an Elite for all her guidance and support. Hector is great! Signed on for 100 more visits, as larger memberships are way out of my price range. Feeling Wonderful!
