Psychosomatic 6 week challenge really works. I completed 2 challenges and lost a total of 53.6 pounds!! I would highly recommend to anyone having difficulties losing weight.
My 6wks at the Valencia location were truly amazing. I never imagined I would achieve my goal of losing 20lbs..because who can lose that much in such a short time right??
