The trainers and staff at Psycosomatic on Valencia are AWESOME!
I took part in the six week challenge to get a new lease on life and become a healthier person. After I finished I was 23.8 lbs down and never felt better. Thanks to the great, high energy workout sessions I was able to stay motivated and keep pushing. The trainers are super friendly and helpful and it’s clear they are there to help you succeed. Defiantly recommend this program for anyone who is ready to change their life for the better. Special thanks to the trainers and staff at the Valencia location. You guys rock!

Just completed my 6-week challenge and I without a doubt the best decision ever. It was truly a challenge but worth every minute of it!! I can’t see myself without working out on a regular basis... Thank you Hector and Scotty for making this a worthwhile experience!!

I must say, the 6 week challenge was the hardest yet best decision of my life. It was even harder completing my THIRD ROUND but just to finish 2017 with a bang! Never in a million years would I be able to overcome my "plateau" and be at the weight of my MIDDLE SCHOOL years. Completed my first six-week challenge after much debate about whether or not to even start and I'm so glad I did. I'm down 24.8 lbs and while it was a lot of hard work it was worth it. Hector was the best trainer; kept workouts fun but pushed you to really work your hardest. Tania seems like she genuinely cares about your progress and was always happy to answer questions (even stupid ones).
