I really like the involvement from the trainer and positive environment. I like the pace of the workouts and how they are compatible for all people.
Management here does not care about customer service or satisfaction AT ALL. I used to love and admire this company but due to recent interactions with the new owner I am greatly disappointed.
One and a half year ago this Gym saved my life, I joined the 6 week/20lb program. Not only did I lose over 20lbs I regained my good health. stopped medication for High blood pressure and for thyroid. ive been a member since, and just when I thought this place could not get better, a fellow Psycho became a Licensee and Is now the current Owner/Operator (Amanda and Husband Marty Walker) and has Improved this facility in the first week by 100%. "Life Changing"

no tengo mucho tiempo aquí pero lo que llevo me a gustado mucho. sin duda han comenzado a cambiar mi día a día. los entrenadores son muy buenos y te apoyan y enseñan bien como hacer las cosas. se los recomiendo a todos aquellos que en verdad tengan ganas de cambiar su vida 🥰👊💪
