RecommendedCompleted the 6 week challenge. Initially it was rough getting on a strict diet and working out daily, but after a solid couple of weeks it grew on me and i now look forward to working out and eat much better. This gym gave me exactly what i needed weight loss in a short time. The owners and trainers were nice and genuine.
I don’t know exactly how to express about this gym, is completely different, the experience with all the staff was wonderful, they always help me, I just finish the 6 week challenge and I lost 23 pounds, I hurt myself during the challenge, but all the staff help me, changing my exercises for something lighter to don’t get hurt, always pushing to don’t quit, I just think that if somebody wants to lose weight fast this os the right place to do it, they will help with everything, exercise and a meal plan.
I am so grateful everyday I walk into the gym. The owners really care about their clients and want to make sure the people are happy and taken care of. This is a locally owned gym that I will always recommend to my friends and family!!!
They have different programs available to fit your needs and fitness goals. Staff is very friendly, professional and treat you like Family! I really enjoy my time and Fit Fam at this location!!
After experiencing Psychosomatic I don’t even know what to call it, it’s not a gym, the environment is so much more different, positive and encouraging! The 6 week challenge has helped me to be confident in what I’m doing while working out and in myself. I fell in love with their program because of how it’s been proven to work! I started my journey with psychosomatic fitness three years ago and I just completed my third 6 week challenge losing 23.4 lbs!! Making it a total of 56 pounds in the past three years. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Definitely 5/5! The staff is great!
