The people here are great, always pushing to succeed, I couldn't say enough great things. If you want to see results this is the place to go hands down. I lost 25.6lbs in 6 weeks. I was given the tools and the know how to become in great shape and it right. Thanks again.
The trainers in the program are amazing. Follow the damn instructions and you will do amazing. My boyfriend and I lost a combined weight of 59 lb in 6 weeks. Look forward to during the personal training program with Hector and moving forward with my fitness goals

This was the best decisions I have ever made. I loved everything about coming to this gym. The trainers are awesome and full of energy. They really take an interest in helping you achieve your goals while maintaining a good sense of humor. Everyone from the trainers to the girls in the front desk is really friendly and welcoming. I would honestly wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone.
I'm so glad I did the challenge. The people were great, Hector and Veronica were always there to help with any questions. 20lbs in 6 weeks is great program, other programs I have tried and it can not compare to this. Other instructors at other gyms don't really take the time to show the best ways to train but Hector and Veronica was great instructor. Good job Psychosomatic Transformation South center you changed my life.
