I completed my first of 2 6 wk challenges on mother's day. I started this journey because I needed to/wanted to lose weight but I needed a big change fast to keep me motivated. The challenge definitely did that! I lost my first 20.6# and started my second challenge and it's been a little more of a struggle but mostly just life getting in the way. I love going to the gym and miss it when I don't make it in. The trainers are so motivating and always want the best for you

Joining Psychosomatic has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. At the beginning I was a little skeptical about this program because i tried losing weight on my own so many times before and i did not get the results I wanted. However when I became a 6 week challenger at psychosomatic fitness I started melting the pounds away very quickly. This program does work and it is truly amazing I lost 24 lbs and am currently in my second challenge.

If you need a plan that will kick your butt with an awesome support team this program is for you. I lost 22 pounds in six weeks. I truly does work.

I successfully completed 2-6 week challenges through Psychosomatic and lost over 53lbs! This is one of the best things that I've ever done for myself. I went down 2 dress sizes, can wear my wedding ring again, and gained back the self confidence I lost. I love the program so much that I joined with a membership and I can't wait to reach more goals.

Unfortunately I did not meet the 20lb challenge but I had some extenuating circumstances that had it not happened I have no doubt that I would have made it or at t least come very close to it. Challenge met or not the motivation you get from the psycho trainers make you keep wanting to come back for more. I may not have met the challenge but I still signed up to be an elite member Bc Im not done making a better version of me and I know with their help I'll get there. Thank you psycho!
