I chose to take the 6 week challenge because I needed motivation to lose the weight I had been trying to lose for a long time! Taking the challenge gave me the motivation I needed! I lost 23.6lbs in my 1st 6 week challenge and I am now continuing on into a second challenge. The trainers are great, the workouts are tough but the trainers really do help you to get through and learn/grow. I would highly recommend this gym and this 6 week challenge to people who want to become healthier, happier and more fit!!

The 6 week challenge is Awesome! I was able to drop 22 lbs! This program is definitely for people who are truly ready to make life changes. I was truly tested physically and mentally and came out on top. The trainers are amazing and I love the workouts. Eric is really great trainer one of the best I've ever worked with. I have nothing but good things to say about this program and this facility specifically . I am now 22.8lbs lighter than my pre-baby weight, 5 months after my baby was born. I feel amazing and have confidence that I've been missing for a while, thanks to psychosomatic. The workouts are intense but very doable, no matter your fitness level. The staff are some of the nicest and most encouraging people I have ever met. I recommend this to anyone and everyone interested in making a lifestyle change!

I loved taking the challenge and pushing myself knowing that I have no limits. Love the trainers and the encouragement they give. The people there are such a great support system and it's a wonderful positive experience

I absolutely love PTC! The trainers are amazing and so supportive. In 12 weeks I lost 45 lbs but I gained a new lifestyle and that is really what I love most about this place. Just follow the instructions and you will be successful!

The challenge was great! Did I get frustrated, Yes! Lol Did I want to quit at times, Yes! But you know what, I'm so glad I didn't. I have the trainers to thank for this. They are truly amazing! I signed up to become an elite member I love it so much now. So if you are thinking about joining, you should!

Recently completed the 6 week challenge. I would recommend it to all of my friends and family who are looking at changing the lifestyle to a more healthy one. The gyms are a good size. You are surrounded by positive people who all are on the same journey as you. The trainers are great! Everyone keeps one another accountable. The workouts are intense but not too long. All under 50 minutes. The food plan is tough at first but its's not supposed to be easy. My only complaint would be that to continue after the 6 weeks is somewh... read more

Loved this place, the staff and trainers are very helpful, I meet my goal of 20lbs in 6wks from the help of everyone here, not only did I meet my goal, I gained lots of confidence, lost way more inches then I thought I could, and all this in just 6wks!!! If you are looking for a life changing experience I HIGHLY recommend you sign up for a challenge or even become a member you will love it !!

Put you mind to something and everything is possible.. nothing like psychosomatic, i just finished my 6 week challenge at-26.2 lbs right aside me I had my best little buddy...my son he melted 20.2....We love psychosomatic.. psychosomatic is life!! FTDI ...CTFD and things will be just great
