A center/gym like no other! Growing up I was always the "chubby kid" my weight was always an issue to me. Probably since i was 10/11 years old. In my 6 week challenge I lost 32.6 lbs! Super ecstatic with my results! Was it easy? No. Was it all worth it? YES! The trainers are the best. I highly recommend this program. I completed the challenge and lost 23.6 lbs in 6 weeks! The trainers are very professional and skilled. They give you the tools to succeed and support you all the way through. The atmosphere is very friendly and you really feel welcome everytime you walk through that door!!

I just finished my 6 week challenge and it was one of the best things I could have done. I loved everything about the program including the meal plan, workouts, support, and accountability. The trainers at the South location are awesome! I learned so much from them and they give you the push you need. They give off a great energy with a great sense of humor and show you that you CAN do what you think you can't. I highly recommend this place anyone a million times over and over again!

This is by far the best gym that I have ever attended. The staff is friendly and professional. For those that are skeptical that it's too good to be true believe me it's the real thing. My fellow Challengers and I have established great friendships and support systems outside of the gym. I am glad that there is a south side location very conveniently located. Highly recommend this gym to all!💪🏼😎

I'm so grateful I came across the Psychosomatic Transformation Ad on Facebook and attended the orientation which I decided to join. The 6 week challenge has changed my life and has taught me so much about myself. It was tough but definetly worth it. Trainers Eric and Guera have made this journey fun and motivated, pushed each individual to do their best and not cheat themselves. I feel better physically and mentallly.
