This place has definitely changed my outlook on eating habits and workouts are well worth it. It's been a blast and I would recommend to anyone whom would like to lose weight and have such a supportive environment! I lost 26.8lbs and I have gone down to my high school weight. At age 32, I feel better than I did in my twenties. Thank you psychosomatic fitness center.
I am currently doing a 6 week challenge and I am making changes in myself that I never thought I would. But truthfully, I think it has to do with the center itself and the motivation from the awesome trainers! I am being pushed and motivated in a way that no other gymtrainer has done it. The nutrition plan is so easy to understand and healthy to a point that I have not even stressed about it! I loved coming to psychosomatic everyday, workouts were always different and challenging! The trainees always motivates to you to grow and the results were obvious and consistent if you worked hard and just trusted the the process!!
It was my second day, I am excited for future days, I believe it is going to make an impact in my life.
