I love the workouts ! I did a previous challenge last year and currently doing a Alumni Challenge at the new location on Valencia ! I love Psychosomatic ! All the trainers are awesome and the challenge is so worth it!! They are helpful and the atmospheres energetic! If you are thinking about a change, I would recommend this gym !
It was my first time at this brand new location. The place looked great! The workout was great as well as the instructor, Eric Contreras. It's awesome knowing there are now different options around town to go to for a workout.
The trainers are so welcoming and have a good attitude, they see you struggling and come over and help, if you need modification or if you just plain don't know how to do a work out. I highly recommend this place if you have no work out experience at all because the trainers here will help you achieve quality work outs without the intimidation. Come and join, you won't regret it!
I complered my 6 week challenge almost two years ago and have numerous friends and family that have completed it since then. In my experience you get out of it what you put into it. The trainers are supportive and knowledgeable, the food plan is easy to follow and fellow members are truly a fit family! If you are looking to change your lifestyle for the better this is the place to do it!
I completed my second challenge today. My total loss between challenges was 45.6lbs. Amazing experience! Worth every minute of my time!!! Trainers are amazing, kind and friendly.
