The program and the trainers here are amazing ! The trainers go above and beyond to help you reach your goal ! I had the opportunity to loose 23 pounds. . The workouts are amazing . Patience is key . Trust the process ! Anyone who is up for a challenge and a lifestyle change I highly recommend this program.

The 6 week challenge is exactly that, a challenge. I needed to lose weight but I needed structure. Sure I could go to any gym but then I have to come up with a routine and exercises to do. During the 6 week challenge, all I had to do was show up. The exercises were already picked for me to work a specific part of my body. The trainers were motivating and helpful. This gym and the trainers are amazing! They really transform your body and make you do things you didn't know you were able to do all along. This gym and its members actually CARE about you and your goal. They always answered my questions and felt comfortable working out there. No one stares at you or judges you because they are doing the same thing and have the same goal. Better your health and feel great about your body. Great trainers and nice installations. Overall a great experience to workout with a great group of people. I lost 20lbs with their challenge program.
